Where can I in the newest version find the option to make lists of folders, files?

Not implemented yet.

You can use "flat view", "select all", "sort by path" and "copy name as text" (or copy name with full path) for makiking such a list.
Paste it into your editor and save the list.

I know, complicated, but working.

Alright, that is the way I do it sometimes, but making a list that way of the complete drive might be a bit uncomfortably.

And yes, very sorry, that's embarrassing, of course, thank you very much for that option, Marek.

If output file already exist and option "New file" is used, there is no message about it. So file would be overwritten without any message. Possible data loss could occur! That should be fixed.
