no automatic re-connection to network drives after standby

I often don't shut down my laptop completly but close all applications, set windows 7 to standby, take the laptop out of the docking station and lock the laptop in the desk. Next morning windows comes up quicker but FreeCommander doesn't find the network drives. I have to start windows explorer (umpf!), click on each drive once and then also FreeCommander finds them.
Is there any chance to configure FreeCommander in an way that it takes initiative for finding the drives again? Thanks for hints.
