I know this sounds pretty dumb- how do I set column width?

One time, and only one time, I found a place where I can specify the width of the columns.

I didn't like the result but now I going around and around in circles trying to find those settings again.

Where should I look?

View - Column profiles - Profile Settings... - choose profile name and press "Define columns" button (looks like a hammer)
