Run as administrator = no mapped drives

#1 Post by Anti-Distinctlyminty » 15.09.2014, 13:01

Title says it all really. If I want to have all proper permissions to do stuff in the program files directory, I need to run as administrator. But if I do that, none of my mapped drives show up.

Any idea why this is?

Network connections are user specific.

Thanks. I ended up running my startup script (that mounts the drives) using task scheduler, which should allow elevated permissions.
