How to show FC on 2 different display sizes the best way?

I have to two Notebooks, a 15,6'' one and a 18,4'' one. FC is set up to fit the 18,4-Notebook, but it fit the 15,6'' display of the other one. So, e.g. the tool bars of FC on the big display are like I want them to have, but on the 15,6'' display they are not.

Is there a way to make FC automatically fit best to both of the displays?
