powerful copy function in FC XE

I find a powerful copy function in FC XE.
many times I want to copy some files(not all files) which are in the subfolder of subfolder of .... one folder.
meanwhile I also need copy all the folder tree.

Using the simple copy action will copy all files in that folder's subfolder's subfolder ...! This is not my wish!
How to do this?

Thanks to the 'Folder compare&synchronize' of FC XE.
I compare my files, and set filter, and synchronize. All done! Only my needed files are copied, and the folder tree also be copied.

this funtion is very good.
The only wish improvement is that the filter condition can set file size.
