Scroll Wheel Movement

When I try to use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll down a long list of directories it only scrolls 6 lines instead of doing a PageDown. Is there some way to set XE to do a PageDown instead of scrolling just 6 lines? The mouse wheel is set under the control panel to always scroll a page but XE seems to ignore this.
