Blank Toolbar Icons

I've added "Tab: open in new folder tab" to my address toolbar.

It works as expected, but since there is no icon, I have to click on an empty toolbar spot.

Is there a way to specify an icon for this action?

This should work... but it doesn't... at least in my case...

Your tip worked here. It also showed the icon in the little box to the left of the selected filename. Not sure why it didn't for you, but I notice that your screen cap shows an empty box.
