Fast level up moving

#1 Post by cheshi_mantu » 01.01.2014, 08:42

One of fuctionalities i miss here: hotkey for fast chanding of current directory to one level up.
I.e. we are here: C:\Level_1\Level_2 and by pressing Ctrl+PgUp program changes active directory to C:\Level_1\
Currently you must move the cursor to upper side of directory and press Enter.
Maybe it could be useful to assign Ctrl+PgDn to return to the folder you just have left (last visited folder let's say). In this example it's Level_2.
Thanks for your efforts

You can Add/Change hotkeys in Tools-> Define keyboard shortcuts menu:

Use Backspace for fast changing current directory to one level up (it is default, you don't need to set it).

By the way, Ctrl+PgDn is used as default to open content of archives (even those one, that have .msu and .exe extensions)
