F10 option as icon on Favorite Toolbar - is it possible?

#1 Post by Forez » 31.10.2021, 23:12

The title says it all what I am after: is it possible to have an icon on a Toolbar that will do what does the F10 key do in FreeCommander? I tried adding New Item to a Toolbar but I did not see a way of making it perform F10 stroke

I often find myself in need of turning off one of the Panels - while at the same time lying on a bed with a problematic access to a keyboard. So such icon would ease up my usage of FC

And no- putting such icon on the Splitter would not do the trick, because I would then have to push turn back on the second Panel - and without seeing the Splitter I would not be able to do it other way than with a keyboard

In "Program or folder" field define:
<actViewSplit100_50>

Another option is to use "Dual/one panel" button in the address bar, it would be intuitive - a bit like maximize/restore button, just for the file list.

That would not work

Because these icons are miniature and as I said I need such icon when using FC from afar. But nevertheless thank you for pointing out an alternative approach

Address bar has option "use big icons" too, so you can use large icons also for the address bar.
