Options dialog fixed!
"Go to", "Print" and other dialogs are not fixed yet (they open over the main form)...

For example: "Fit to window" should be disabled in text mode;
and enabled in Plugins mode.

FreeCommander.exe /I=New.ini /NoPlugins should start FC without plugins and create new New.ini settings file, right? Should use the New.ini, if it exists, or create new if it doesn't exist. Like in TC. FreeCommander.exe /NewIni=FCTest.ini /NoPlugins start FC without plugins and create always new FC...

Make Details view; restart FC; make List view -> columns widths at C:\ folder are short (shorter than filenames length).
