Re: 810: possible exception when closing settings dialog

Marek wrote: 06.01.2020, 21:47 Exception is possible when closing the settings dialog with OK button.
Workaround:
- switch from one pane view to two pane view (F10)
- edit and save the settings
- switch again to one pane view

Thank you, that workaround worked for me!

Re: Favorite tools issue with files/folders with spaces

Thanks, I've used the %Dlg% which is very useful. The problem is the bizarre Windows quoting necessary for files/folders containing spaces. I found the two quoting methods below work from the command line. I'm going to try and duplicate this in FreeCommander. PS C:\Users\bfbarton\Powershell> C:\Wind...

Favorite tools issue with files/folders with spaces

I have a favorite tools item named "Combine Images Horizontally" which takes highlighted image files and combines them horizontally. It executes a powershell wrapper script around ImageMagic. It works fine EXCEPT when the files contain spaces. I've tried quoting some of the parameters such...

Missing "Update" option under Help menu

I just installed FC on a second computer, and do not seem to have an "Update" option under the Help menu. This is version 790a donor version.

Re: Unable to access network location

Marek wrote: 03.01.2020, 18:49 Have you tried the current 810 release?
I got it working by dropping the trailing backslash:

This worked:

\\ramps2019-prod.ad.aws.mycompany.net

This does not:
\\ramps2019-prod.ad.aws.mycompany.net\

I just installed the 32bit 810 version and it still does not work. When I enter \\ramps2019-prod.ad.aws.mycompany.net\ into the address bar at the bottom, the contents of my "Desktop" folder are displayed.

I'm unable to login to the donor site using the user name and password that you provided. Should it be the same login used to access this forum?

Thanks,
