Re: Stop OneDrive from appearing in Freecommander
Hi Cisus,
I saved the configuration, or so I thought. I clicked Apply > OK but OneDrive still appeared in the Tree - unless I did something stupid, which wouldn't surprise me. I solved the problem by uninstalling OneDrive. I never use it anyway. Thanks for chiming in!

Re: Background color in Tree
Thanks for the reply, Dreamer. So, the background color of selected items in the Tree can't be changed at the moment. What's funny is some of those background blue colors change to a different shade of blue depending on the chosen Color Scheme. That would mean a different RGB value is being parsed. ...

Re: Background color in Tree
Does anyone have an idea why the background color for a folder selection in the Tree won't accept a custom color? Program bug? It only accepts a system color from the palette.
Edit
Does anyone have an opinion ? Thanks.

Background color in Tree
Hi all, This is probably pilot error but for the life of me, I can't get a new background color to stick with a selected folder in the Tree. No matter what I do, the color stays as a light blue! I assign the RGB color: 188, 184, 177 in the View > Tree > Background selection dialog box, add the color...

Column header colors
Hi all,
Are there any plans to add an option to change the Column Header colors? Just curious.
We can design some really nice color schemes but the column headers are stuck in white. Thanks .

Re: Selecting colors in Tree
Okay, thanks Dreamer. It's basically how I described it - very convoluted. Every forum I belong to lets you just upload the image without having to go through the external site. No matter. Hopefully, I did it right this time. Notice how the two yellow colors are very different and yet are set the sa...

Re: Selecting colors in Tree
Thanks, Dreamer. I solved the problem of the pale blue color. Now, I'm still curious as to why the background colors don't match when they're all the same in the Background selection dialog box. I dragged the screen capture .png file from my second monitor to this post. I doesn't show up in the Prev...

Re: Selecting colors in Tree
Hi Dreamer, I'm using Build 860 32-bit public on a Windows 10 PC. As for screen shots, I'd love to but it seems I can't attach a pic the way I can in every other forum I belong to. I first need to upload the pic to something like Drop box and then link it. That's very convoluted. Can't a moderator a...

Selecting colors in Tree
Hi all, When I choose a white background color for Selection in the Tree, the result is always pale blue. Why? What is the relationship between choosing colors and View > View Style? Is there a global setting that sometimes overrides individual color choices? Sorry to be critical, but I wish there w...

Stop OneDrive from appearing in Freecommander
Hi all,
I checked OneDrive from the Settings > View > Tree > Excluded items area but it still shows up in the tree. How do I get rid of it. I never use it. Thanks!

Re: File sort by name doesn't work
Sorry, Dreamer. I meant to write 860!
You solved the problem. The <Default view> was sorted on Date/Time. Duh..... .Thanks!

File sort by name doesn't work
Hi all, I want to sort all files in the right hand pane by Name, ascending - for all folders. I tried modifying the fc_default_view file but the sort by name ASC doesn't work. Nor is the column visibility consistent. some files show different headings. What am I doing wrong? Sorry to say but setting...

Re: Version 860 opening
Hi Marek and other guys. Sorry for the delay. We were away yesterday. I'm now running XE 2022 Build 860 32-bit public (the one with the delayed panes) and XE 2020 Build 810a 32-bit public . When I installed 810a, I created a folder on my D drive. My OS is installed on my C drive. I configured 810a t...

That did it, Dreamer. That's not documented anywhere that I can find.
