I have a file view that shows filename, size, modified, etc.
It should be possible to click on anything in the item's line, e.g. size, modified, type, etc. and then be able to drag&drop that item.
At the moment, I can only click on the file name itself to activate drag&drop.

[solved] 855 - Pressing ESC on multi rename crashes FC
Steps to reproduce
- Select multiple files
- Press F2
- Before the "new name" is calculated, press ESC
If the "new name" is shown, pressing ESC doesn't trigger the crash anymore.

Cannot reproduce anymore in 848.
Maybe fixed in 841 with "- Bug fix: Search form: "copy" from context menu in the result list and then paste in some folder may not work"(?)

Change request: Select new file after copy+paste
Using FC Build 806 (64-bit, Windows 10, 1903), when I select a file and press Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+V, a copy of the original file is created. Though, the selection stays on the original file whereas in Windows Explorer the copy gets selected. I would prefer to have FC also select the copy as you probab...

801 - Cannot delete sub-directory on network drive containing a thumbs.db
I have drive U: connected from a "Windows 2012" server share. Inside this drive is a directory "Jon" that I want to delete containing a file "Thumbs.db". When I try to delete this directory (not the file), I first get a warning that the file Thumbs.db is a system file. ...

Digicam only shown in Explorer but not in FreeCommander
Hello,
some digicams only show up as a device in Windows Explorer. They are not mapped to a drive letter.
I couldn't find out how it would be possible to access these digicams from within FreeCommander.
Is this possible?
(Win 10, 1903, 64-bit, FC 797)

Re: 796 - Opening PDFs sometimes crashes FC
Can't see anything special here. Characters are [a-zA-Z], fifth level of directories, complete path (including 4+3 chars for filename) is 72. And I can't reproduce it. Still, it happens now and then. Not sure what NC mode looks like. I have a tree on the left and the directory content on the right. ...

[fixed] 796 - Opening PDFs sometimes crashes FC
Sometimes when I open multiple PDFs (two files is enough), FC simply closes itself (without error message). I was able to reproduce the problem afterwards some times, but then all of a sudden not anymore (within minutes). Win 10, 1809 FreeCommander XE 2019 Build 796 64-bit donor (also happened with ...
