Why you're using old version?

Anyway, check the settings - view - column profiles/automatic views - auto selectable views, if that option is disabled and which options are set for default view.

It works good here, tested 860 donor and 858 public version, correct window was opened in both cases.

Minor issue, in 858 version, link "Full list of changes" opens the site without https, it's "Not secure".

The FCXE Portable version is the only one I use. Could you download the version 860, please? Just for testing with default settings, unpack it to a new folder, e.g. FreeCommanderTest.
