Perhaps the illegal characters should be changed automatically, or there should be a separate option for these chars. with default replace characters "<|>|:|?|*" >> "_|-|-|_|x".

I don't think it's possible. Perhaps such an option for double click might solve the problem:

(o) do nothing
( ) go up
( ) refresh
( ) select all

As radio buttons, or as drop down menu in the settings dialog.

Could you update the Universal Viewer version in the next version, please? There are few nice features/changes in the last version. Thanks.

I thought I have already suggested this one, but I couldn't find it. This is very important button for me to quicky change the "sort by" option. It should be the main button to toggle between all options and sub-button to show the menu with all options (name, ext., type, date, size...). C...

Rename profile button for Multi rename.

More (customizable) viewer features in multi rename would be useful...

- toolbar (as option)
- standard viewer keyboard shortcuts
- (right mouse button) context menu

Column width is not saved correctly for all columns - date for example. Just a minor issue/bug/or suggestion(?). It works good with some columns.
