If you mean the version 2009.02b, then simply try XE. I see no problem in XE for png.

Maybe some problem with your TEMP path.
Go to "Settings - Start program: Start/TEMP folder" and define your own temp folder for FC.

You could show us the screenshot with the editor definition "Settings - Programs - Editors".

- Select some files and klick on defined favorite tool

The topic was for the version before 2009 and is valid for 2009.
The developing of the 2009 is stopped already long time.
You should try the XE version.

The current release is 621, maybe you should update.

Works OK for me in the releas 623.

- Right click on splitter
- Go to "Customize toolbar..."
- On the splitter toolbar change your copy command to "Copy with dialog"

If you like the same dialog as in 2009.02b you should use "Use Windows" for copy operations (Settings - File/folder operations).

620 sometimes crash if changing the active pane.
Workaround: use the option "Show menu as toolbar".

Only if the tree is visible in both panels.
