If you can not send report from program then check your install folder for bugreport.txt.
Maybe you must start freecommander from writeable folder.

NOT confirmed in FC XE 680 (List view and NC mode is used).

The problem is not in the "List view" but in "Detail view".

Have you checked the existend options first?
Settings - Tree - Management: Show Windows archive files

In such case you can
- use drag&drop
- use Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V
- use the command "Copy: Win-Copy Dialog" (define first your shortcut or toolbar button)

Shift+Tab works fine on Win8 too.

ULister does not help for searching.

- Implemented: Option 'ThumbsNoClipCaption' to define in the [Form] section. The value 1 draws caption without clipping. The user must self increase Y spacing.

What about the settings for "Show hidden files", "Show system files"?

Use Alt+Tab to switch to aimp after you have started drag&drop.

That was a nice hint ;-) I always use the Details view, where it is slow. I just tested with the List view and it works quite fast. However, this is not suitable for me. I do need the Details. Have you defined your own "Column profiles" or you use default profile? If you use own profiles,...

Is the tree visible?
Have you checked without tree?

... and if you like drag&drop - try to decativate the option "Use blocking transfer..." under Settings-File/folder operations - Drag&drop.
