I had something similar a while ago with another tool.
- are you 100% sure that the path to TerraCopy is correct? I had reorganized my computer and moved some portable Tools. After then I get the same Error.
- have you tried that TerraCopy itself is running.

another point I found out with 64Bit-Context: It works only the in the File View not in the Tree View. In The Tree view you only get a 32Bit Context even with the left Win-key.

Sorry didn't write that it happens on:
Windows7 Ultimate 64Bit
If I test on a Windows7 32Bit then all lines are shown. Seems to be on 64Bit only.

I'm running AntiVir-Premium and WindowsFirewall. Windows Defender is Off.
I'm running FC portbale. So maybe it's a good test to use the portable version.

Drag&Drop in the Tree panes is working fine (copy/move Folders).
Drag&Drop in File panes (copy/move Files or Folders) it's not working.
