Are you sure? I tested with default settings. The dialog is minimized, but first the dialog is displayed and when I press Enter, then dialog is minimized. This is wrong IMO, since the option say "auto-minimize" and the other operations (copy/move) works good.

If you have found a bug in FreeCommander XE (donor version), please report it in this forum (Bug Reports). Here are few hints: Make sure you use the latest version of FreeCommander XE (if possible). Report a bug only if it has appeared repeatedly. Describe the steps to reproduce a bug (if possible)....

Right, I think this old topic can be closed now.

To reproduce use the testfolder (old or new I sent), follow the steps on video. Result is no focus - the [..] item is active, but invisible, the other column with inactive items is visible.

Fixed in 629.

However, as I said, I have to press Enter twice, since the first one is not working. I'm not sure if it's a bug, but is it possible to process the operation with the first click, just a bit later, somehow?

- use FC delete option in main settings
- delete any file
- on the third tab "settings" on delete dialog set the option "auto minimize when starting the operation"
- press Run
- now delete another file
= delete dialog is displayed again and it's not minimized automatically

First bug fixed, the other one is a bit worse now, started a new topic for that.

This is new in 629, the width of left/right panel is never 50/50 when using a menu, or double click the splitter.

- go to C:\Windows\system (for example)
- open search dialog
- search for anything
- now go up [..] (to C:\Windows)
- open search dialog
= search in - folders: - path is not updated, it's still C:\Windows\system

I think it's the old bug already fixed once.

OK, now the number of status bar lines is 2 always - fixed.

Anyway, it's not completely fixed, still, but I'll start a new topic, closed.

My settings are saved in the FC XE install folder (Settings subfolder), I'm using portable version and it works good, all settings incl. locked tabs are saved correctly.

Settings > View > Thumbnails > Spacing...
