FreeCommander XE 2023 Build 887 64-bit donor on Win7 64-bit

Crashes every time with the following STR.

STR:
1. open the Quick View pane via a toolbar button
2. right-click on the Quick View pane's toolbar or title bar
3. select the 'Define action toolbars...' menuitem

If assign Alt+Enter to the 'Properties' function, it will work as expected for folders in the files/folder pane, but not those in the tree pane. For the tree pane, it will erroneously open the context menu.

In v883, there is a new setting in `FreeCommander.ini` that references the color of one's boarder. Note that in English, there is a big difference between the color of one's boarder and the color of one's border!

The setting is called `FileListColorHeaderBoarder`.

In v883 donor x64 on Win7 x64, when disabling the Windows-drawn menus via settings, and then clicking OK in the Settings dialog box, FCXE will always crash.
