So it seems that another year has passed and this awful glitch has not occurred again, despite me doing many mass-cleanups, as I do no recall such event

So I think I can call this as being closed case, as whatever it was is now somehow fixed

I have also started using dBpoweramp Music Converter which is overall better - but it has that one big minus of having to navigate into entries nested in the shell menu. The window available at

Tools > Define keyboard shortcuts...

lacks the maximize and minimize system icons in the top right corner of it

I works now also for me, afer adding that line to the INI file

This should be made the default behavior in the next release

Build 890 expanded the option available in the window that shows up when a user attempts to create a new folder

Unfortunately this reworked window uses now a slightly smaller font than it used to - and thus is less readable

It is now possible [in Build 890] to choose this sort order
