Are you asking if you can move your favorite tool bar next to the menu bar? FEXE#635. Disabling in options menu didin't do it. Still shows
history even though ini file shows correctly DosPrompt_HistoryEnabled=0

I even deleted the entry below from the ini file
[DosPrompt_History]

But FCXE creates it with the history.
