Minor suggestion - Copy version button
Small button next to FC version in "About" dialog would be nice - to quickly copy the current version to clipboard, perhaps also such a button for OS might help.

You mean "Attributes/Timestamp" dialog? If so, everything's fine here - 24hour format. Check the Wndows setting. You could also create a screenshot (more info).
