I couldn't find a reason/pattern but yes, the toolbar buttons are moving around all the time.
I always thought it's just my setup at fault.

If the moderators won't delete my previous post, I write here: be careful, the method described in my previous post brakes the license (it does not matter it's just a tiny modification that won't affect the software's functionality in any way)!

The x64 menu works OK for me (win7x64, no UAC, always admin) although both FreeCommander.exe and FcContextMenu64.exe pop-up the "not digitally signed" warning. It didn't happened previously.

The start menu also pops-up first in my case, but I think it is normal since we push the Win key (win7x64, laptop, only one Win key). Maybe in the future we can change the modifier key?!
