It works. The '..' item will be never selected only focused. Thats current behaviour, right? So, can this be a "valid" feature request? "This" meaning auto activation of the ".." just by hovering over it? edit: also tested with NC mode. Makes no noteable difference to ...

Having set hover to 100 ms,

in the panel,
files are activated by hovering (OK),
but icon for up one level is not activated by hovering over it.

Currently selection by hovering only works for panel, not in the Tree.

I have 1 tab open, it it there is {x] for closing it.

If I press the [x] nothing happens. I would either remove/de-activate the [x] or display a message that it's not possible to delete the last active tab, or allow FC to have no tabs open.

Note: the tab is not locked.
