Re: Mainicon changed? Why?

[Form]
FcIconNr=2

It changes the program icon in taskbar and in titlebar, not the icon of a shortcut.
You have to edit the ini while FC is closed.

You posted this question in FreeCommander forum for the old (2009) version.

Have you tried to add the column of your interest to details view?

Re: 685 - Folder size not shown when in root of UNC path

Folder size has to be calculated by FC, so maybe it takes a longer time to calculate the size of this root folder over network.

Re: "Verknüpfung einfügen" und "Einfügen"

Are you shure you have something in the clipboard which can be pasted as link or as file?
Copy a file and try again.
No problem with my FCXE 695 64-bit donor.

Re: Mainicon changed? Why?

Thanks for discussing, Karol you remembered me of that freecommander.ini-entry. Thanks But before opening this thread I searched all my ini-backups for that entry and didn't find it. (portabel 64bit, don't know about setup version) I've been searching for my FreeCommander Taskbar entry and didn't find FC because I was searching for the ...

Re: ~ Folder Desktop shortcut to open XE ? ~

The second command looks good with a leading " " C:\Program Files (x86)\FreeCommander XE\FreeCommander.exe" C:\Users\J\Pictures\Screenshots You need the " for "Path with Spaces" The parameters are not needed but helpful. Your first command has "FreeCommander.exe" two times and an irregular path, so ...

Re: Popup the context menu when click free space on file lis

You can reach the context menu directly by right-clicking on the ".." item on top of the file list.

This item has to be activated at settings > file/folder operations > "Show parent folder "..".

Re: Refresh file/folder list - rename and create

For "create":
You can switch off Rename-Dialog at:

Settings > Fil/Folder operations > Genaral > section "Rename" > "Use dialog window for rename"
