FC hangs on delete/recycle

For about a week I've had an issue with "FreeCommander XE 2019 Build 790 32-bit donor" on Win8.1 Pro 32-bit. (And I was confused this morning when FC on both my PCs showed an Update popup, but when I went to donors page (link removed) I saw there was no new version.) The issue: When I try ...

Re: Name column sort anomaly

I am delighted to find
(and surprised, since it was not mentioned in the list of changes)
that FreeCommanderXE-32-donor_setup788 has resolved this slightly inconvenient issue, thank you very much!!

v786 FCIcons.dll older than existing version

The FreeCommanderXE-32-donor_setup786 installer asks me whether I want to keep the existing FCIcons.dll or use the older one in the installer. https://image.ibb.co/fKQh3A/FC786-Donor-Iconsdllold.jpg I chose "No" to trust the Installer, so I guess "the existing file" is now gone f...

Name column sort anomaly

An odd behavior began with FreeCommanderXE2018 32-bit donor Build 781 (and continues 782). First, I've configured FC on my computers with a Windows Explorer look (which I like, but of course Explorer can't do a folder-size column). If in the left pane I select "Computer" (Win7Pro32-bit)/&q...

Re: Path forced into Network shortcut names, Action Toolbar icons missing

Thank you VERY much, Marek, for fixing issue #2 with build 773! Incidentally, when I installed it (on both my PCs) I got a popup warning that the installers version of a file (something like FCIcons.dll) was older than the existing one. Hopefully I chose "No" correctly. I guessed that it w...

Thank you VERY much, Marek, for fixing issue #1
!

Please note that Issue #2 remains in FreeCommander XE 2018 Build 772 32-bit donor

(As before, removing then re-adding the drive shortcuts displayed the drive icons, but after a reboot they disappeared again on both PC's.)

Oops, I spoke too soon. While removing then re-adding the drive shortcuts displayed the drive icons, after a reboot they disappeared again on both PC's.

Re: Path forced into Network shortcut names, Action Toolbar icons missing

I fixed issue #2 by removing then re-adding the drive shortcuts.

However, before creating the thread I tried removing, then recreating the Network shortcut, and that did NOT fix issue #1.

Path forced into Network shortcut names, Action Toolbar icons missing

Two minor issues which arose with the new FreeCommander XE 2018 Build 770 32-bit public on both Win7Pro32bit and Win8Pro32bit 1. Full-path is now added as a prefix to the names of shortcuts to a Network location, but only in one panel of the 2 I display. (I run a view configured to look like File Ma...
