Re: Ctrl+Tab cycling through the most recent tabs

cycle in tab bar order (we already have that in FCXE)

+1 for: cycle in recently used order (I prefer this behavior so much)
+10 for: an option would allow each user to choose ('cycle in recently used order' or 'cycle in tab bar order')

Re: searching or going to file/folder by typing its initials

if it is long folder, I might not know whether there is a file starting with oo, or even with a single o. that's what the small text-field is for - you can correct it easily lateron two types of behaviors for a single command could confuse users. isn't that exactly what MS Explorer does? --> fast c...

Re: searching or going to file/folder by typing its initials

1. It doesn't start searching from the current file location onwards. It always goes to the first file/folder starting with that letter, o, in the current folder.I think that is not correct. It should go to next file (after current file) that starts with that letter, o,. try this: https://dl.dropbo...

Re: back forward buttons on top toolbar now showing folder n

this might help:
Tools --> Customize Toolbar --> select the toolbar containing your History-icon --> select the broken History-icon and click on details ".." --> check if "Use internal popup menu" is set to: $FcPopup_HistoryFolders

wow, much better than MS Explorer :)

Can I somehow assign Keyboard-Shortcut to "$FcPopup_ShellNew"? (on my notebook with touchpad I'm a keyboard-junkie)

Re: rightclick on free space in file pane

ahh, I see what you mean. and I surprisingly have to admit I like MS Explorer better in that particular case. - I normally use F7 for really quick folder creation. - but I really do miss the ability to create MS Word files easily especially when there is no free screen-space to right-click. but then...

really? as far as I can remember I've never had that behaviour.

there is a dropdown-arrow next to my icon that shows me the foldernames history.

Re: Unusual systray icon behavior

confirmed!

it's been annoying me for long, long time! (as I would call it: windows can't remember the systray-icon-state of FCXE)
... as you said it's not a huge deal but it should get fixed.
