Re: create Folders in Folder Favorites
So do you mean real folders? It is possible to create folders/categories and sub-categories with any shortcuts to files and folders. Depends on what you mean with "real" folders. Not file system folders, but folders within the folder favorites, which you can reach with the shortcut Alt + ...

Re: create Folders in Folder Favorites
I'm not sure what do you mean, but in Favorite toolbars you can create a folder easily: For Program: use only the path, e.g. "D:\Documents". If you mean something else, please explain it. I mean not adding a folder, but creating folders in the favorites in order to organize the folder fav...

582 - Name from x, y characters - relative to the end
Name from x, y characters - relative to the end [n,-x,y] is now the only Multirename function left which is not intuitive to use. [n, -1 ,1]: here x = -1 . I would interpret that this means length - 1 , but it is length - 0 which is quite confusing. Please change the behaviour accordingly to http:/...

579 - Problem when closing directly after program start
With Release 579, there is a problem when I want to close FC XE directly after the program was started.
Instead of shutting down the program, there is a popup window saying "Please wait - network loading thread is active

Re: 578 Multirename -"- from the last Character [n, -x]
I also had probems with understanding the syntax... But now it seems to be be logical for me (if you understand the "-x" not as as "delete x character from the right side" but as "start with character x from the right side") This is exactly what is implicated, since th...

Re: 578 Multirename -"- from the last Character [n, -x]
Since the option [n,x] is called Name from x, this is ok.Karol wrote: [n,2] only the first character is deleted (start with the second character from beginn)

Re: 578 Multirename -"- from the last Character [n, -x]
Fixed in 579. It is better with Release 579, but there still is a problem. When I select [n,-1] , the file names are not changed at all. When I select [n,-2] , only the last character is deleted. When I select [n,-3] , only the last 2 characters are deleted. I would expect that the last x character...

578 Multirename Name from x to y
The Multirename function Name from x to y does not create the Name from x to y as it says, but instead the Name from x with length y characters.
You should either
- change the name of the function or
- change the behaviour
so that the function does what it says.

578 Multirename -"- from the last Character [n, -x]
There are two multirename options named -"- from the last Character , which is not fortunate. The descriptions should be different and written in a way that everybody can understand the meaning without having to try it out. When i choose the option -"- from the last Character [n, -x], ther...

Re: create Folders in Folder Favorites
What is the benefit of so much favorites for folders? I think it's the same if you click on a subfolder of your favorites or on a subfolder in the folder tree. My main favorites are the locked tabs, from there I can reach all subfolders easily. At work I've only network-folders defined in favorites...

Re: create Folders in Folder Favorites
My problem is that I have so much favorites that they don't fit into my screen. So that would not work for me.
Therefore I really need to have subfolders to organize them. This would be a really cool feature in the folder favorites, since I can select them via shortcut.
