Did you actually delete that column in :

Extras > Settings > Custom columns (profiles)

by clicking on the "Hammer" icon to edit the profile ?

hmm

initially there are no custom profiles and I created my own. and the columns I added are the one I mentioned above.

As such, I cannot delete ...

I just tried it (via extras->settings).

I defined the following:
1. name
2. size
3. type
4. modified date

BUT it seems it keeps on displaying the attributes column. Does anyone have any ideas on hide to hide that column?
