Did you really understand the issue I am talking about?

Did you tested/reproduced the issue I reported?

I tried the "hottrack" option you mentioned, it can not solve this problem.

"select a single item on the Big Icon view with mouse cursor hovering (and lasting for certain duration like 400ms ...

In fact I noticed this bug in several recent versions, not only the latest v841.

I am running the 64bit version on 64bit Windows 10.

I usually use "Big Icon" view, but I can not select item by hovering my mouse cursor over it. But I can do this on earlier versions.

But, if I switch to "Small Icon ...

The 64-bit menu just flash and disappear on my win7. I can't use it at all.

Hope there will be a native 64-bit version of Freecommander.

I am using Windows 7 64-bit, though the 32-bit FreeCommander can run on win7 64-bit, I noticed that it can't call the system shell commanders.

Hope you can make a real 64-bit FC soon.

I tested the latest v200902 of FreeCommander on my WinXP sp3.

If I choose to generate a Filelist for a specified directory, I will get something like:

D:\xampp\htdocs\phplist\config
2003-11-21 9:51:02 A----- 30 .htaccess
2008-7-27 7:47:55 A----- 28,636 config.php
2004-5-11 8:41:42 A----- 1,047 ...

I am not sure. But I must use Chinese characters in filename since I am a Chinese Windows XP user.

Can't FreeCommander handle utf-8 filename properly?

Will this be fixed in future version?
