Problem:
When choosing a compare files program in the settings,
the save dialog is used instead of open dialog. As
the result I get messages like "you have no rights to
write in this folder" or "You are going to overwrite the
file blabla..".

Problem:
The option "View|Drives|Same folder like in the other panel" doesn't work.

To reproduce:
Select the mentioned option. In both tabs choose different folders on THE SAME disk
(let's say "C:\a\" and "C:\b\"). Make the left tab active. Press alt+f2 and then
"C". Result: the right tab stays in ...
