My FreeCommander is installed on a German Win7. The computer has a 24-hour time setting and the date is set to dd:mm:yy.
The FreeCommander however displays mm:dd:yyyy.

How/where can I change this?

No, I don't.
Normally listings should be scrolled from top to bottom. That is what I would like to have here as well.
But FC scrolls from left to right, one column of fixed height to the next.
