Re: Release timeline - donor x32, x64 vs public
I'm still slightly confused, given my old age of 79, and I've used the donor version for many years. The info link doesn't address the donor. I think version 939 is the latest donor version, which I have, but it shows an update is available for 940. It seems it's only for the non-donor version, so I ...

Donor edition confused
Was on Donor 64 bit Version 938. Went to check for updates and download and didn't see (maybe blind) any file marked Donor. Would up with Free Commander XE 2026 Build 940 64-bit non-public.
Is 'non-public' now the same as 'Donor'? Love the program, but am confused since Ver 938 said donor.

Help → Check for updates"
I must be dumb or blind... there is no check for updates under help. I have searched every setting and can not find it. I do have it set to check every week and got a notice updated, however, I wanted to do something with files first before doing the update and closed it. Now for the life of me, I ...

Re: Why ,exe file downloading from OneDrive
Thanks I understand now. Thought odd because I haven't seen Copernic desktop search have to download actual files in order to index for its search. Seemed odd FC was downloading only a few random files from years ago that I wasn't doing anything in FC with those files.
