You don't really say what the problem is but from your image it seems like you want to use the counter to rename the files, right?
In the filename box where [n] is in, you should use [c] to specify that you want to use the counter.

Incorrect shortcut letter for Exit
Not really a bug but more of an annoyance.
On the File menu, both E dit and E xit have E as the shortcut letter, so when pressing E on the File menu, FC doesn't know which one to execute.
Most other programs use X as the shortcut letter for E x it. Nothing else uses X on this menu, so it should be ...
