It is just the installer who do not let you install freecommander on a win arm system. If you use the portable version you can copy the files yourself and it will run without problems (as far as i can see).

Here the same with tortoisesvn. No overlay icons..
64bit Version.
Version 756 works. Version 761 i see no overlayed icon from tortoiseSVN (Which is a showstopper for me ).
