Curious. At first, the fcstart.ini file was not present in the FC folder.
Now that I have created a Setting folder and pointed the program to it, the fcstart.ini file shows up.

I did notice the location of the settings files reported in the "about" path.
But I missed the Start Program Settings on the Settings Page.
I see it now, but I do not have an fcstart.ini file in my "C:/.../AppData/FreeCommander" path.
I see the settings files but there is no "fcstart.ini" file ...
