I've read the help file but I still don't seem to get it.
Is it possible to insert a three or four digit number starting from 0001 and going up in increments of 1 before each file name using the counter?
If "yes", how is multi rename set up?

I found the .ini file thanks to you at:
C:\Users\Dave Neve\AppData\Roaming\FreeCommander\FreeCommander.ini
and I can see my favorites inside this file

I've looked where you said and everywhere but cannot find
FreeCommander.fav.xml
I've also tried clicking on "save settings" in FreeCommander but can't find where settings are saved to (not in manual)
I'm on Windows 7 by the way
