Sort column temporary -change to other folder reset default
Hi, When I sort a column by name, extension, modified, etc., that sorting sticks throughout all folders I navigate. My need to sort is temporary. I mean, I need to sort the folder I am visualizing, but when I navigate to other folders, I would like Freecommander resorting (reset sort) to a default s...

Re: Populated "favorite toolbars" delays FreeCommander start
Build 729 64-bit I recorded my screen showing FC slow startup because of "favorite toolbars": https://goo.gl/rW2aFC The slow startup happens the first time FC runs in same Windows session. Next times in same session FC will run normally, loading faster. However, in a next/another Windows s...

Populated "favorite toolbars" delays FreeCommander startup
Hi, I had never used the favorite toolbars so far (http://i.imgur.com/1z5U2LD.png). I populated it with programs (.exe). After that, FreeCommander startup is taking forever. Is there any way to optimize "favorite toolbars" loading, in order FreeCommander startup is kept as fast as possible...

Is in FreeCommander roadmap the implementation of Descript.ion comments, or any other way to comment files/folders?

Possible set "always move" for drag&drop files?
Hi, I would appreciate help: When I drag and drop between different drives (e.g. C: > E:), the default drag&drop behavior is copy files. I could press "shift" to move. However, since most of the time I'm moving stuff, I'm wondering if it is possible to set "always move" as th...

Usage/difference between File Container and Quick Starter
Hi, It seems "File Container" and "Quick Starter" tools, although having different designs/workflows, do the same think: they creates virtual containers which store kind of shortcuts to file/folders. Is there differences in terms of usages/contexts that one tool is recommended ov...

How keep .mts in viewer list to preview video automatically?
Hi, I inserted .mts/.m2ts video files as media in viewer list: http://i.imgur.com/z3m28WZ.png Then FC can preview .mts/.m2ts automatically, but these files are removed from the list when FC is closed and a new session is started. Is there difference between "modified"/"last access" column?
Hi, I set both columns "modified"/"last access" column in FreeCommander then I went to the recent folder (C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent). I thought: "last access" => last time the file was opened/read "modified" => last time the fi...

Re: Tab in inactive panel changes automatically. How to avoi
Problem solved. I don't know how (I am a new user) there was for some favorites folders set in both active and inactive panels: http://i.imgur.com/VmHdBOM.png
Deleting the folders attached to inactive panel solved the issue.
Thanks for assistance!

Re: Tab in inactive panel changes automatically. How to avoi
Thanks for answer! I tweak to not "auto-refresh", but the behavior of changes in the inactive panel is still happening. It seems the problem is attached to a specific tab content that are always populating both panels even I am not accessing its content (C:\Users\carlo_000\Desktop\F4). If ...
