It works now with FreeCommander XE 2016 Build 716 32-bit public beta and also with system path variables.

This are the both paths:
  1. F:\7-Zip\7-ZipPortable.exe
  2. %FcSrcDrive%\7-Zip\7-ZipPortable.exe
Both paths are working, but the second one shows no icon.
