Re: can't drag files from elsewhere to drop in fc window
Does your issue happen only when dragging to network drives or when dragging to any drive\folder? Mine works fine when the drive\folder is local or it's a mapped drive. I can't drag from my desktop to a network drive (just gives the "No" sign (circle with line through it)) but I can open m...

Re: v786 FCIcons.dll older than existing version
Seeing the same with the 64-bit donor version. I clicked yes to keep the old version as I figured I could reinstall and copy over if necessary.

Re: v693 - Can't assign icon to toolbar buttons
I've tried that and it doesn't work for me. I click OK and it never changes.: It does not change currently in the list but change in the toolbar. The same behavior is on Windows 8 and Windows 10. I read this message, tried it again and it worked. However, I didn't save my settings (have that option...

Re: v693 - Can't assign icon to toolbar buttons
I think part of the issue may be that when I click on the three periods for either of the 2 buttons the "Details For:" window that pops us is not for that button. You can see that in my screenshot above in that the caption says List but I had clicked on the Show Hidden Files selector. I ju...

v693 - Can't assign icon to toolbar buttons
Have an issue where I have added the "Show Hidden Files" and "Show System Files" buttons to the toolbar but I can't assign an icon to them. It will let me select an icon but it will never save. Tested on Win10 Build 10166 on both install and portable versions.

Re: Build 693 x64 - Windows 10 10162 - Can't close panel
Thanks joby_toss! I didn't think that was what they were for since the tabs had their own x in the tab. Seems redundant and obviously confusing.

Re: 693 Donor on Windows 10 Build 10159 - Details view not s
Tested the portable version and it saves the Details view selection, so it appears it is an install version issue.joby_toss wrote:I can say that build 693 portable x86 and x64 work fine on my win7x64.
No win10 for me to test on, sorry!
Try testing the portable version outside Program Files folder.

Build 693 x64 - Windows 10 10162 - Can't close panel
Have Dual Panel enabled but can't close either panel using the x in the corner. I've tested this on both the install and portable versions. Can anyone confirm?

693 Donor on Windows 10 Build 10159 - Details view not saved
It seems that the details view is not being saved in build 693. I can save the location where FC opens (with the Save Settings dialog, after opening the desired location), but if I change the view to details and then save FC always opens up with the list view. Can anyone confirm?

Filtering Files and Directories
:?: Quick question... I have directories of movies\TV shows that begin with a period and I want to filter them out from my standard directory view. I've been playing with the Set Filter -> Reusable Filters section and I believe I have the correct syntax, but how can I apply this globally and keep it...
