When searching for files, it doesn't seem possible to open multiple files at once from the search results window.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a folder with multiple .txt files
Do a search on the folder for *.txt files
Select all files from the search results
Press 'F4' key to open the files ...

Re: Can't edit selected file after typing the file name
It works for me right all the time. Simply set the option "Quick search field auto close time" to 1
That doesn't really solve the problem though. I don't always type exactly what I want in 1 second. There are many times where I type part of a file name and will continue to refine it until I get to ...

Re: Can't edit selected file after typing the file name
It is a bug, because this functionality did work before I upgraded to 730 (not sure exactly which build broke it, but I see it still working in build 675 that I have on another PC).alf5000 wrote: is it a bug? I'm not sure.

Can't edit selected file after typing the file name
Explanation that is far better than the confusing title:
When I start typing a file's name to select it (if I have a bunch of files and I type "foo" to select "foo.txt") I try to edit the file by pressing F4 key (also tried F3) but nothing happens. If I click on the file and press F4 it opens in the ...

Context menu for favourites shows error
When trying to show the windows context menu for a favourite folder (right-click favourite folder -> Context menu...), FreeCommander shows an error box that says "The directory name is invalid". This is in build 724 32-bit.
EDIT: after restarting FC, I cannot reproduce the issue.

Re: 690 - "RightClickEmptySpaceFcMenu=0" shows context
I think this bug is being misunderstood by some. Here is the actual problem:
1. Create folder foo
2. Under folder foo, create file bar.txt
3. Navigate into folder foo
4. Right-click in empty space of folder
Expected result:
Standard windows context menu for folder foo is shown

System pop-up in favourites
I've just switched over from CubicExplorer, and I must say that I'm very pleased to have made the change. There is one feature of CE that I would like to see added to FC, however. In CE there was an option to use the system pop-up when right-clicking objects in the bookmarks pane. I liked this ...
