Re: UNDO: is there no undo?
When I was using XP, Powerdesk 3.03 was my file manager. It's essentially the template from which FreeCommander is based off of. It was created for Windows 98, so it will crash every so often in XP. It also doesn't have the up/down column markers we're all used to, but it's a close match to FreeComm...

Re: Marek, please explain your stance on UNDO/REDO
It's 2019. Still no UNDO/REDO. You don't want to annoy your users, right? You said it yourself. One would think that with all the donations you've received over the last 5 years, that you'd find the motivation to add FC's most requested feature. After all, practically every-single-file-manager ever ...

Re: Drag & Drop is BROKEN in Windows 10
Every time I attempt to drop a file into a ZIP or RAR, instead of performing the task as it does in Windows 7 x86, I receive the following message: "1 Interupted Action. The source and destination files names are the same." I've tested multiple versions of WinRAR, both x86 and x64, includi...

Drag & Drop is BROKEN in Windows 10
When using FreeCommander in previous versions of Windows, a user could drag a file over a preexisting archive, such as a RAR, in order to add that file to the archive. After dropping the file into the RAR, the RAR filesize expands and receives a new timestamp. This is a standard file manager practic...

Re: Issue: Freecommander overrides MD5 file association...
Thanks for that info. Using the "open" command is the workaround I've been using as well. Like you said, it's not an elegant solution. We just need an option to disable Freecommander's control over MD5. To minimize the hassle, I just won't create any more MD5 files. Marek, please fix this ...

Issue: Freecommander overrides MD5 file association...
...and forces user to use Freecommander's MD5 file verification. Marek, I think it's nice that you provide MD5 verification, but may I ask why you're forcing users to use Freecommander's file verification? Have you considered the fact that some of your users prefer using a dedicated app that has mor...

Re: Marek, please explain your stance on UNDO/REDO
But why haven't you requested for help? It just seems odd to go for so many years without an UNDO/REDO feature in your file manager. You could request for help here or anonymously at a coding website. Practically every image editor, text editor, and file manager has UNDO/REDO, so it seems reasonable...

Marek, please explain your stance on UNDO/REDO
For years now you've ignored every single person who's brought up UNDO/REDO without offering an explanation as to why. Perhaps you feel that you don't need to justify your defiant stance because it's a free product, but would that be appropriate considering how users need to pay $$$ if they want acc...

Re: CTRL-Z isn't working
Marek, would you mind explaining your reasoning as to why your paying customers aren't worthy of an UNDO/REDO feature? It would be trivial to add it to FreeCommander, so what logical reason could you possibly have not to add it? Is this really such an out of the ordinary request considering how prac...
