I have Win7 Enterprise and FreeCommander XE build 650
The problem is not with the filename, but with the path (folder name). When the folder name contains ő or ű (e.g. C:\bejövő\something.txt) it sais invalid folder name.

Poblem with Ő and Ű in file path
In FreeCommander XE when a file path contains ő, ű, Ő, Ű (not that ö and ü!) the file cannot be opened. It gives "Invalid folder name". Trying to open with the basic Windows Eplorer has no any problem.
In the previous version of FreeCommander (200) there was no any problem.
