I am using the Eclipse IDE for Java Coding. Eclipse tends to create very long paths within project directories for it's metadata. I second this. I was just about request this too. An auto-width setting for FreeCommander's name column would be really appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem. Running Build 685 32-bit public on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. I have to exit and restart FC to get column sorting back. So far could not figure out based on what action column sorting stops working. It's quite annoying... oh btw. I am a 100€+ donor, so would be *aw...
