Maybe I am missing something obvious here, but can't find option to disable -> "Alt+Left Click" on folder or archive file opens new tab in other pane.

That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid :) I know the problem is connected with aero, but at the same time, there are applications without that kind of bar (including windows explorer), so I assume it is possible ...
