I have done a bit of research and have put together a Find filename filter for video files and thought someone might find it useful.
*.mov;*.mp4;*.wmi;*.avi;*.flv;*.f4v;*.swf;*.webm;*.html5
After finding this I created a profile to find video files.

Re: Change tree collapse except icon
Actually they are not the same. The arrow on bottom left corner is white on blue for "collapse all nodes in the tree view" and is white on yellow for "collapse all nodes, except selected node, in the tree view"

Re: Drag & Drop Destination Highlight (?)
I have version 2022 build 860 32 bit public and do NOT have that issue. I would first confirm your version and then perhaps reset your colour scheme.

Re: File attribute L
As a side note it would be nice for FreeCommander to list the attribute names if the mouse is hovered over that column.

Re: FC and Windows11 context menu
The "fix" at https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/244 ... -10-a.html is talking about Windows 10 and NOT 11. We need another solution.

Re: Default system ZIP file handler
It has no benefit to make FC the default zip handler as it will not open the archive if given as an argument. I disagree. Most command line options open a folder in one form or another. These options could be used to treat compressed files (zip, rar and so on) as folder paths. This way I see the cu...

Default system ZIP file handler
By default File Explorer is the default ZIP file handler. I have installed 7-Zip and can make it the default handler.
Given it is possible to make apps other than File Explorer the default ZIP handler has anyone made FreeCommander the default ZIP handler and if so how?

Address bar hot area breadcrumb expansion
You have the following folder structure c:\usersTestuser\app data\my app name is longer than your app name\configuration\options The problem here is when the tab is too narrow the above path would have breadcrumbs. In File Explorer the breadcrumbs are clickable and a list of the hidden folders displ...

File search including folders and extensions
I am trying to search a given folder and sub folders for a number of extensions and a given sub folder of the base folder for all files in any folder of that folder. See example below: Location tab Filename field: *.def;*.dic;*.ini;*.def Search in area Folders field: c:\temp\config The above works g...

Re: Folders to show percentage of space used
Thanks Dreamer. - menu > folder > size of folders sorted by size > Descending works as a workaround.
Just for clarification I was looking for this sorting ability in the tree view with gradient shadow over the folder name but as I said the above works.

Folders to show percentage of space used
It would be great if there were an option to show the percentage of disk space per folder in folder view. On top of this to have the option to sort folders bye size. Example: if you have a 1TB drive that has 800GB used space then top of the drive would be highlighted 80% the width of the drive pane....
