Re: Add Copy Path/Name to Context Menu
RE:in the address bar you have a button with many "copy path to clipboard" commands: Yes and there are also hot keys that copy to clipboard but that was not my point. When my mouse is hovering over the file or folder I want copied to the clipboard I would just like to right click and copy ...

Add Copy Path/Name to Context Menu
Please add the "copy full name" and "copy full path" commands to the context menu. When using double panes it is not clear which name or path will be copied and I frequently get the opposite panes tree/file copied to the clipboard. If these commands were available in the context ...

[724] Cannot turn off new "fill remaining space" option
Tried the new "fill remaining space" in my column profile, didn't like it and now cant turn it off (I can turn off the check mark but FC doesn't save this option. Additionally, I thought "fill remaining space" would display more of the filename but it seems to do the opposite and...

FC looses keyboard shortcuts
For many versions now, FC looses keyboard shortcuts (such as F2 for rename) after a while. Not sure what causes this and it may be that some other application is stealing the key processing or something. Restarting FC always fixes this but it is irritating enough that I decided to report it. A quick...

Fastcopy switch to bypass "execute" dialog
I thought I'd try out fastcopy with FC but cant seem to find the command line switch to avoid the "Execute Copy" confirmation dialog. I have tried toggling the misc->"Confirm before execute" General setting as well as the /no_ui command line switch and still get the confirmation ...

Add support for teraCopy 3.0
teraCopy is releasing a new version (3.0) and is currently an alpha release. I tried it but lost the "teracopy here/teramove here" context menu during a drag and drop.
So I reverted back to to teracopy 2.3 and all is well with the world again.
Thanks for considering this Marek!

Re: 693 - FC Locking files
Nope, dont use quick view.
Edit: WHOOPS! - on second look, my quickview window was active but minimized or so small I couldnt see it. I have turned it off now and expect the locking to cease.
Thanks Timon!

693 - FC Locking files
This has been happening somewhat randomly for the last few releases. A few other applications I use that check for file locks before accessing files are displaying a "file is currently in use by" error with the username and computer blank. I initially used the Windows Process Explorer (pro...

Re: Save separate column widths in horizontal and vertical s
Good idea Joby! I already use column profiles but didn't think to create separate ones for horizontal and vertical.joby_toss wrote:You can use Column profiles in the meantime.
Thanks!

Save separate column widths in horizontal and vertical split
I request that an option be added to save different column widths for horizontal and vertical panel views. Reason: I normally work with two panels split vertically, however when file names are too long to read with half a screen, I change to horizontal split so that the panels span the entire screen...

Re: Create Folder or FC commands in Context Menu
What about simply using F7 for creating new folder? That kind of defeats the purpose of using a mouse right click to create a new folder. I can also create a folder using "Folder->New" menu item or the CMD prompt however the purpose of this request was to emulate one of the few things I f...

Same with me. Any local or network file or folder cannot be renamed. Reverted back to 660.
