Had the same problem.
In my situation te problem was solved bij removing te "OneDrive status" column (in both panes).

FC crashes when moving files or deleting files when there is a panel (one of the panels) with the column "OneDrive Status" visible.
When de "OneDrive Status" column is hidden in both panels, there is no problem moving or deleting the files.

I tried to restore backups of settings on several systems, but I can't reproduce the bug.

Workaround (FC XE64 772)
I had the same issue, but found a workaround.
Issue only appears when horizontal scroll bar is present.
So workaround is to make sure the columns fit in the window.
